  We went back last night to try our luck again. Our experience was much, MUCH different. It seems as though the management has been and is listening to customer feedback.
  
  We were seated immediately, only waited a moment for our server to arrive. We ordered drinks an appetizer and our meals. Our drinks arrived fast, we received our plates for our appetizer before the food arrived as well.
  
  The food was very good, our drinks were re-filled without having to ask.
  
  It's nice to see the management taking these comments to heart. We will definitely continue to visit this restaurant.

  *Original Review: I've been sitting here for 30 minutes and we haven't even gotten our drinks yet. We got our appetizer with no plates to eat them on. Our waitress has been over twice and not once asked about our drinks or the lack of them.
  
  Fantastic start...
  
  Two other tables were seated after us. Both tables had their server over and both tables received their drinks before our server even arrived.
  
  We've been here three times now, each time the service has gotten worse. I hope the service issues are corrected. It's nice having a new option in town to go to for dinner and drinks. The pub burger is delicious and the rest of the food is generally good.
  
  Bad service will absolutely kill a place though.
  
  Oh and the pictures of the empty table you see, that was us eating our appetizer with no plates, one fork and no drinks.

  Great restaurant! I eat here once or twice a week. Love their fried mushrooms, the batter is seasoned abd the dipping sauce is quite tasty. The pub chicken sandwich blackened is amazing. The butterfly cut chicken breast has blackened seasoning in every bite and it comes with lettuce, onions and a pickle spear and a side. All I added was mayo (I am a mayo lover). I upgraded to a side salad for $2. The tomatoe basil dressing is the best dressing I have ever tasted. My hubby and granddaughter ordered the pub burger which both said was perfect. The beer battered onion rings were perfect. My server was Tiffany and she was so attentive! Thanks Tiffany!!!!!! Would also like to shout out Bob!!! He is awesome and acknowledges us whenever we visit! The Chubby Bullfrog is my favorite bar & grill.
