  I handed over my property to them in early October 2017 however until mid December, they failed to find me a tenant. Per their recommendation, I spent quite a bit of money to ready the place for viewing but unfortunately they did not do their part of finding a tenant. Per their own records over 30+ showings took place yet they could not find a single tenant. Eventually I had to cancel the agreement with them. They certainly did not live up to their reviews. Quite an unfortunate experience...
