  I have never received any services with Joanna's Hair & Lash Extensions, but had a very difficult time booking one. I had to contact them through Facebook because no one would answer my calls, even after leaving voicemails.
  
  The salon manager, Oscar, was very unprofessional and unable to book my appointment correctly, claiming he had never put me into the books when I called and made the appointment. He had also ignored my questions when I would call, putting me on hold. I had made it very clear that I moved my schedule around to fit this appointment in, and they blamed the error on the "high volume of calls per day". As a salon manager, I found this very unprofessional. It was not until the day of my appointment that I was able to speak with someone other than the salon manager, when I had asked multiple times.
  
  I also had requested to be sent pictures of their Volume Lashes, wanting to see their work before my appointment and I was told that it was not a problem. A week later and two phone calls/messages later, I still did not receive the pictures.
  
  I have been in the salon/spa industry myself for years, and would have never been as unprofessional as they were. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
