  I ordered two cookie cakes for my twins birthdays on July 8th. When I went to pick them up, I noticed that on both cakes, they wrote "Happy Birtday!" When I pointed out the spelling mistakes to the girl who was helping me, her response was, "I didn't make the cakes, what do you expect me to do about it!" I calmly asked her to fix them because we needed them for a party. I had to come back later, only to find that they scraped away some of the old frosting and tried to rewrite "Birthday" on top of the mistake. They both looked horrible. Unfortunately, I had no time to order cakes from someplace else, so I had to take these and try and fix them at home. VERY disappointed. VERY poor service. VERY unacceptable attitude and rudeness from the employee. DO not count on this place to do a good job for your cookie cake needs!
