  Most knowledgeable staff I have ever encountered with my 20 years at Verizon. Jason took care of 5 problems/questions with ease and even stayed 1 hour past closing time. I will forever be loyal to this TCC (Verizon) because I don't feel like a number, I feel like a valued customer. I suggest anyone coming over to the best carrier (Verizon) with unlimited data come to this location. You will not be disappointed and always have a go-to person at this location.

  Extremely rude staff. Didn’t greet me when I walked in and used vulgar language towards me when I asked how long the wait would be. Disappointed to be a Verizon customer with service like that.
